Serving you when you need it the most

Clean Earth's Regulatory and Safety teams have been closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 (formally known as novel Coronavirus, 2019-nCoV), particularly developments related to the proper disposal of hazardous waste generated in and around areas impacted by the virus.  Our teams have also confirmed no interruptions in our supply chains and continuity in client management.  We are also actively building contingency plans to ensure the highest levels of customer service during this time. The outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an evolving situation that is changing daily. As a leader in emergency response to hazardous events, Clean Earth is committed to protecting customers, Team Members and the environment.

Regarding supply chain, Clean Earth does not see any major supplies at risk at this time that would create business continuity issues. Continuing business will not be an issue as we continue to be in close contact with all major supply partners and is identifying alternative options if necessary.  Many of Clean Earth's standard business continuity and contingency plans apply to potential risks from a possible Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.  Each of our transportation and treatment locations have pre-designated alternate facilities in the case of shut-down.

Given our national footprint and breadth of staff, we have flexibility to deploy operational team members to alternate locations in the event of a facility-specific staffing shortage.  Within our customer service center, we maintain an extensive work from home capability that we would continue to leverage.  Likewise, most of our management and field sales team members have the capability to work from home.   Additionally, we are taking appropriate measures to limit risks to our team members.  We will continue to monitor the situation and will evolve our preparedness and risk mitigation plans as appropriate.
